TV: The Walking Dead (Episode 4, Season 2)
Well, this episode was entertaining for what it was worth, I guess. It didn’t quite make it onto my awesome list for one reason only. What exactly was the point of this entire episode? Am I missing something?
- Carl’s awake,
- more useless flash backs of Shane murdering Otis (we know what happened),
- we hate Shane and he’s losing his mind,
- Lori still sucks,
- Andrea still sucks,
- T-Dog is back to normal,
- the missing little girls’ Mom is still holding on to hope that her daughter will return to the RV,
- zombie in water well that they won’t shoot because it might contaminate the water, zombie rips apart in half whilst trying to remove him from said well thus contaminating (for sure this time) the water in Well 2.
Speaking of that well, didn’t the farm daughter say they were using that water for the cattle? I’m confused. Then said daughter gives herself to Glen later in the episode as a “one-time thing” (it’s totally not a one-time thing) and blah, blah, blah.
Maybe I missed something. It’s very possible I have, these last couple of days have been a little rough for me.
This is all I really have to say about this episode right now. It wasn’t great, it didn’t completely bore me but I still don’t understand why it was necessary. Yes, we know Shane’s crazy. Yes, we know Carl is going to make it. Yes, we know that chick has the hots for Glen and Glen has the hots for her. Yes, we know that the little girl they’re looking for is still lost and she’ll probably show up at the end of the damn season. We get it. Moving on, people!
Until next week!
