Dear Rogers:

I am still waiting for my Android upgrade for my HTC Magic+. I am tempted to call you guys and complain. This is ridiculous. I see at least three or four phones on the main page when you browse into Wireless Phone products listed that are probably all running an OS higher than Android 2.0. I’m still on 1.5. You promised us HTC Magic+ users an upgrade at the beginning of the year, then later in the year, then it was definitely going to be in August.

You’d think there would at least be a date set, but I have seen absolutely nothing. Despite the fact that you treat me incredibly well as a customer, I am pretty cheesed. I’ll be calling at the end of the month as I’m sure you will disappoint us all again. And again. And again.

Update: I just spoke with someone from the tech support department and they are unable to verify anything happening in August. He said “keep checking the website and maybe something will be there next month”. With that said:
